Responsibilities:
Perform configuration tasks in Microsoft Dynamics, including but not limited to entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system configuration. Assist with managing Microsoft Dynamics solutions and perform deployment related activities. Create and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals, to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer. Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features. Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics. Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines. Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus. Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant. Seniority level
