Hours: 8hr shift – 8:00am to 5:00pm

Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), overseeing daily operations, ensuring evidence-based care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
Plan, organize, and guide IOP operations to ensure effective delivery of business services and continuous quality improvement
Supervise and support multidisciplinary staff , including therapists and case managers, through regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations
Maintain program operations within budgetary parameters , optimizing resources and ensuring fiscal responsibility
Manage day-to-day personnel functions , including staffing, credentialing, scheduling, evaluations, and compliance with regulatory guidelines under the direction of the Director of Medical Group Operations and Integrations
Monitor program outcomes and documentation, ensuring timely, accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives and performance reporting
In states without required licensure, then current registration with State Board is required within 3 months of hire
One to three years work experience in a Healthcare practice
death and dying, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, etc.
Sexual Harassment training within 90 days of hire and bi-annually thereafter
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of machines and equipment used in the Business Office area
One to three years Management experience preferred
