Schedule : This is a per diem position with two scheduling options: 1) Available 4 weekend shifts per month 2) Available 6 shifts per month: 4 being weekdays and 2 being weekends Locations Youll Cover : Dana Point, Lake Forest, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, Ladera Ranch Clinic Hours : Team members must be available to work shifts scheduled within a possible range of 8:00AM to 8:00PM. Responsibilities Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions Work with the District Nurse Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics Maintain documentation of patient care services Train new staff Deliver 5- Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines Required Skills Current BLS certification required BSN or diploma in nursing Valid RN License with no sanctions Two years of related experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care Be able to function in the heat of an emergency and act according to protocol This job description is not all inclusive.
