Role Description We are looking for a full-time Sales and Operations Assistant located at ISAIA's Saks Fifth Avenue concession. Working in a dynamic sales environment, the Sales and Operations Assistant will be a key member of the team responsible for supporting Sales Associates throughout the client engagement and elevating the client experience with exceptional customer service and hospitality. Day-to-day tasks related to operations management, customer service, and communication to support the smooth functioning of the retail operations. Qualifications Strong teamwork and desire to grow with ISAIA Customer service skills and the ability anticipate clients needs Experience in operations and sales support Detail-oriented and highly organized Effective Communication skills Knowledge of men's luxury fashion industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
