Job Description Summary/Objective Reporting to the IT Director, this position involves maintaining, creating, designing, and troubleshooting IT desktop and network operations. This is an on-site position and is not remote. Responsibilities : Provide desktop support for all systems and users, including inventory management and office supplies. Respond to employee requests and design solutions for computer, data, and related IT issues. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches and wireless access points, to ensure secure and reliable connectivity. Design network solutions addressing security and IT concerns. Advise management and executive teams on IT issues and best practices. Manage outsourced IT consulting and vendor relationships. Qualifications At least three years of experience supporting servers in a Windows-based environment. Experience with Google Workspaces is a plus. Experience managing Windows Active Directory, SQL applications, and internet/intranet environments. Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint. Desirable experience includes virtual server environments, Exchange, multi-subnet networks, and new technology implementation. Working knowledge of PC hardware, laptops, desktops, and printers. Managing server environments, domain services, and enterprise applications. Providing responsive technical support to staff. Coordinating with vendors and managing IT service delivery. Staying current with technology trends and adapting to change.
