We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Master Technician to join our dynamic Operations team at the new wastewater plant. The Master Technician, as the highest-ranking technician at Samsung, is responsible for performing technical tasks that support the operation and maintenance of the Industrial Wastewater Treatment (IWT) systems. The Industrial Wastewater Treatment (IWT) Engineering Team is growing to support these efforts. Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

1. The Master Technician will be responsible for the startup and operation of all new, upgraded, and existing mechanical, chemical, waste, and controls systems within the IWT plant.
2. Review documentation related to design, construction, and specifications.
3. Monitor equipment for efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
4. Oversee the technical and professional development of junior technicians, acting as a technical leader in determining methods and procedures for new assignments and projects, and completing complex, expert-level tasks in innovative and effective ways.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's What You'll Need:

1. High School Diploma or technical school certification preferred.
2. A or B TCEQ WWT Operators license.
3. Typically requires 10+ years of IWT semiconductor experience.
4. Semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing experience required.

Note: This position is full-time onsite.

The current base salary range for this role is between $34.00 and $57.00 per hour. Individual pay rates depend on duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package and may include participation in incentive programs based on organizational and individual performance.
