Head of SC Finance Americas , you will lead the Supply Chain Finance team across our five markets (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador) to enable the business to meet its financial goals, proactively identify opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance the financial performance of our business. Your mission is to infuse financial wisdom into every strategic and operational decision, ensuring that the growth trajectory is not only profitable but also sustainable. Most importantly, you will coach and develop our world-class Supply Chain Finance team! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage financial operations with end-to-end ownership of Supply Chain Cost (COGS) in the US, with shared oversight of international markets: Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador. Develop and maintain financial models & forecasts to support business decision making and long-term performance plans. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for cost-improvement initiatives. Own and govern the ongoing >€300M SC transformation programme and related value creation initiatives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and decision making. Stay updated on industry and market trends to anticipate potential financial impacts on the company. Mentor and guide a large and geographically dispersed team members to support their professional growth and development. Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. Embrace and promote the company's values and commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Minimum of +10 years of experience, with a focus on supply chain/operations finance. CPG experience preferred. Strong understanding of financial analysis & reporting, including budgeting, forecast, and variance analysis. Experience managing large teams across diverse locations. The pay range for this position is $221,100 to $442,200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
