Assist in the day-to-day IT help desk operations, which include desktop support, system upgrades, and maintenance. Respond promptly to technical assistance requests in person, via phone, and electronically. Provide onsite support for remote locations as needed. Maintain a high level of responsiveness to all user queries. Log all interactions with the help desk. Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Manage hardware and software inventory, including ordering and maintaining computer supplies. Ensure desktop backup software and antivirus software are up to date. Monitor spam filters. Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues. Set up connectivity for smartphones to the company's email system and mobile device management (MDM/Intune). Assist in monitoring, responding to, and intervening in IT-related security incidents, violations, and site outages. Maintain a smooth workflow and communicate workload status to your supervisor. Provide onsite desktop and audio/visual support to executive leadership at the assigned office. Perform other assigned duties as needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
3 or more years of experience providing IT help desk support in an enterprise Windows environment. Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 operating systems, Microsoft 365, and various printers, scanners, copiers/MFP's within a networked environment. Skilled at troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues both in person and remotely. Demonstrated positive communication and teamwork skills. Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities. Proactive and successful in working with minimal direction. Collaborative team player. Ability to work onsite 3 days a week. Preferred Experience:
Logistics industry knowledge. Previous work with an MSP (Managed Service Provider). Familiarity with Fresh Service ticketing software Support experience with business applications and databases, specifically CargoWise. Familiarity with PowerShell. Exposure to process automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
COMPENSATION
The position range is $25-$35 per hour, the exact pay is dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

The role is situated in an indoor office environment and necessitates the following abilities:
Verbal and Written Communication: You'll need to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers or vendors. This involves expressing yourself clearly through spoken conversations and written correspondence. Sitting for Extended Periods: The position entails spending significant time at a desk or workstation. You should be comfortable sitting for extended periods while performing your tasks. Lifting and Operating Office Equipment: You'll be handling typical office equipment, which may include computers, printers, and other devices. This requires the ability to lift and manipulate these items as needed. Keyboard Proficiency: As part of your daily work, you'll be using a keyboard extensively.
