IT Desktop Support Analyst
Charlotte, NC | Hybrid | 4x a week on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day IT support to office and field staff, including executives, leadership teams, and site-based managers.
- Set up, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop systems (Windows and macOS) for new hires, replacements, and refreshes.
- Support Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, with focus on troubleshooting user access, email flow, calendar syncing, and distribution group issues.
- Track and manage IT asset inventory, ensure proper asset tagging, and maintain accurate records of equipment assignment and return.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and groups via Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, monitors, docking stations, VoIP phones, and other peripherals.
- Image and re-image devices using approved imaging tools and maintain standardized workstation configurations.
- Maintain and update endpoint protection, security patches, and software applications in compliance with IT policies.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across all locations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or a similar client services role.
- Working knowledge/troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Suite including Active Directory.
- Experience with backend Microsoft 365 is a plus!
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail/cashier experience is a plus.
- Exposure to macOS and iOS support is beneficial.
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with basic/level 1 networking and troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
