As an Inpatient Pharmacy Technician III, performs both baseline duties (including those of a Pharmacy Technician II) as well as specialized technician duties as determined by departmental leadership. Able to train new pharmacy technicians. Competent to staff in at least two specialized areas/locations as determined by departmental leadership. Qualifications: -High school diploma, certificate, or equivalent combination of work experience and education. -Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) required. -Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the District of Columbia Board of Pharmacy is required. -Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in applicable specialized institutional pharmacy areas as determined by departmental leadership. -Sterile Compounding experience is also required. Shift:
PRN/Casual, Rotating Shifts. Weekends & holiday work is required. Salary Range:
Minimum 33.00 per hour - Maximum 33.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
