State Farm Account Manager Position
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Manager located in Tuscaloosa, AL. The Insurance Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of the insurance department, including overseeing finance and insurance activities, team management, and customer service. The individual will also involve working with sales strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Finance and Insurance skills
- Team Management and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
