Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Sports Massage Therapist located in Minnetonka, MN. The Sports Massage Therapist's day-to-day tasks involve performing therapeutic massages, assessing clients' needs, and developing treatment plans to enhance performance, aid recovery, and manage injuries. Effective communication with clients about their progress and maintaining detailed records of treatments are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Experience in Therapeutic Massage, including Shiatsu and general Body Massage
- Skills in Stress Management techniques to provide comprehensive care
- Certification from a recognized massage therapy school
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- State license for massage therapy practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
