Job Description: Executive Assistant
Intersect Power is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support three C-level executives: COO, CCO, and President. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the highest leadership levels, requiring exceptional organizational skills, strategic problem-solving, and discretion. The role reports to the CEO's executive assistant and involves managing complex schedules, coordinating initiatives, and liaising with stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work model based in San Francisco, with three days in the office weekly.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Executive Support & Coordination: Provide high-level administrative support, manage calendars, handle confidential correspondence, and prepare briefing materials.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Event Coordination: Act as a point of contact, facilitate communication, and assist in planning high-impact events.
- Operational Excellence & Problem-Solving: Optimize processes, manage projects, and exercise sound judgment with discretion.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite leaders.
- Ability to work in San Francisco office three days a week.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
- Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other tools.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical and Sensory Requirements
- Mostly sedentary work with standard office equipment.
- Approximately 5 weeks of travel annually, with potential for additional travel.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 USD + 20-25% bonus.
