Taxable Entity ALUTIIQ LOGISTICS & MAINTENANCE SVS LLC Job Title Janitor Location NM Albuquerque Kirtland AFB - Albuquerque, NM 87123 US (Primary) Category Custodial and Janitorial Job Type Full-time Typical Pay/Range $18.26 per hour Education High School Diploma or GED Travel Security Clearance Required: Secret POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Position Overview A Janitor is responsible for performing custodial services in order to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner. Will perform a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance and cleaning of all assigned buildings and facilities within the government contract to include both routine maintenance as well as non-routine assignments. Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors Removing chips, trash, and other refuse; Dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; Provide supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
