Title: Lead Java Backend Developer - Kafka / Lead Java Fullstack Developer - Angular / Senior Fullstack Java Developer/Architect / Lead Fullstack Java Developer/Architect / Lead Java Backend Developer/Senior UI/Angular Developer - 10+ Openings

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Roles

Duration: 12-24+ Months (W2, No C2C) potential to extend/convert (H1B Transfer would work)

There are 10+ roles, All are Java Fullstack Developer with Angular OR Lead Java Fullstack Developer with Angular AND Lead UI Angular Developer AND 4 Lead Java Backend Developer with strong Kafka (Performance Tuning), MongoDB experience.

1 Role - Full Stack Java Lead Engineer:

• Seasoned Java Developer with 10 or 20 years of experiences
• Hands on Coding experiences, Utilized a different way of coding
• We are building a new applications/platform built in April and working on enhancements in those applications
• Technical Stacks - Java, Spring boot, Microservices and in frontend - React & BPM tool - Camunda

1 Role - Full Stack Java Lead Engineer:

Required: 10-12+ years of experience of Java overall

• Java 11/17

• Restful Webservices 5+ years of experience

• Micro Services 3-5 + years of experience

• KAFKA integration 3 + years of experience

• Spring Cloud 3-5 + years of experience

• CI/CD: Docker, Kuberbetes

• Cloud Technologies: PCF, Azure, Amazon, Google Cloud

2 Roles - Full Stack Java Lead Engineer:

• Full Stack Java Lead engineer for PREVENT modernization project delivery as well as maintenance/support of legacy Java application. React/JS, MicroFrontEnd, Microservices experience a MUST.
• 7+ years of Core Java experience
• 3+ years of JavaScript Frameworks experience
• 3+ years of Spring experience (preferable spring boot, MVC), ORM (Hibernate, Spring Data JPA)
• 3+ years of Agile experience
• 3+ years of Web Services experience
• 3+ years of experience with database technologies preferably Oracle DB.
• 3+ years of experience in the build tools like Gradle and Maven.
• 3+ years of experience in Java testing framework like Junit framework, Mockito etc.

Day-to-Day:

• Looking for Java developers prop same frameworks 6-7 apps same platform use case for risk assessment custom workflows Java Spring boot.
• They need to have Java full-stack development experience with angular version 8 or higher, this is a must.
• Need full stack developers working with the team it is a team environment 8-10 developers, so they need to work well with others and be able to collaborate with everyone on the team.
• Must also be able to multitask, does not have the time to hand hold anyone on the team so they need to think for themselves at times.
• Must be a self-starter.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 10+ years of development experience
• 2-3 years of Angular experience, displayed experience in version 8 or greater
• 2-3 years Spring Boot
• 2-3 years Java

Project Details:

• Working on enhancement work of the Operational Risk Platform (ORP) open source driven platform with Angular, Spring Boot, and Java. Will be working with a scrum team of 6-8. Will be responsible for independently delivering on story work within each sprint. Responsible for doing estimations, requirements breakdowns, and development work to deliver on the assigned stories. 2 week sprints.
• Daily stand up and team meetings in the mornings. Product refinement sessions in the afternoon with associates in the mid-west.
• Absolutely needs to be fully competent to work independently in delivering complex work.
