ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Jeff Chaput State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to work in a team environment Ability to effectively relate to a customer Bilingual - Spanish required Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
