$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Sr. HR Generalist - Luxury Goods Manufacturing - On-site in Beverly Hills - $90-120k A prestigious professional services firm is looking to bring an HR professional onto their team! This is an incredible opportunity to be exposed to all areas of human resources, and build a great career. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, motivated, and looking to work alongside a great team. Responsibilities Screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates for the firm; manage full-cycle recruitment processes Process payroll and manage leave requests, vacation requests, etc. Ensure that on-boarding processes are in place for any new hires Assist the HR Director with implementing company policies and procedures Provide management with requested reports and documents Support HR on any additional projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 5-7+ years of experience in a generalist HR role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and work with people from diverse backgrounds Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter and outgoing attitude Please submit your resume to be considered.
