Senior Marketing Manager , you will take ownership of Jonas Club’s corporate brand strategy, ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance across all lines of business. This role blends storytelling, strategy, and execution to craft a cohesive brand narrative that underpins each product and solution while driving measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for shaping how Jonas Club is perceived in the market—refining messaging, guiding content strategy, and aligning the contributions of cross-functional teams. Your efforts will cement Jonas Club’s position as
the most trusted and integrated provider
in the private club industry. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Corporate Brand Leadership: Act as the steward of Jonas Club’s brand identity, ensuring all messaging reflects the company’s ethos of innovation, excellence, and customer-centricity. Establish and manage the overall tone, strategy, and consistency of the Jonas Club brand across its corporate presence, products, and customer touchpoints. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success leaders to ensure the brand strategy is integrated into their goals and initiatives. Serve as a thought leader and the "voice of Jonas Club," providing insights that shape content and campaigns to resonate with private club audiences globally. Content Strategy & Differentiation: Develop and oversee a content framework that aligns corporate storytelling with individual product narratives to create a seamless, value-driven experience for customers. Design and deliver premium content (e.g., customer presentations, product narratives, case studies) that showcases Jonas Club as the ultimate partner for private clubs. Establish Jonas Club’s thought leadership position by creating resources that address industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the private club sector. Collaborate with product teams to align messaging around innovations like
Jonas Payments ,
Member Engagement Tools , and the
Premium App . Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Architect and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation, customer retention, and upsell opportunities across the Jonas Club portfolio. Leverage tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics to analyze campaign effectiveness, optimizing for growth and ROI. Create targeted campaigns to penetrate key market segments, leveraging differentiation as Jonas Club’s competitive advantage. Customer-Centric Go-to-Market Strategies: Build go-to-market strategies that focus on delivering measurable business impact, guided by direct customer insights and feedback. Collaborate with customer success teams to stabilize attrition, deepen account engagement, and champion strategic account reviews. Lead initiatives that reinforce Jonas Club’s unique positioning as the
most trusted and integrated provider
in the market. Data-Driven Decision Making: Track performance metrics across campaigns, using insights to iterate and refine strategies. Use data to identify opportunities to enhance storytelling, customer engagement, and campaign success. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Strategic Vision:
Proven experience in crafting and executing brand and content strategies that scale across multiple business units. 5+ Years of Marketing Expertise:
Ideally in B2B SaaS or technology-driven industries, with a focus on storytelling and campaign execution. Tools Mastery:
Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, and Google Analytics is critical. Content Leadership:
