A well-established hospital near West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a Hospitalist Medical Director to lead a team of dedicated providers while maintaining an active clinical role. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership position with strong compensation and a stable work environment.
Position Highlights:
Leadership Role: Oversee a team of 10 hospitalists and 2 APPs
Clinical Duties: Work 180 shifts per year while managing patient care
Census: Average 16-20 patients per shift
No Procedures, No Codes, No ICU Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary, director stipend, and bonuses totaling $400K
Employed position with full benefits
