where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment. Responsibilities
Leads a team in supporting justice grants programs and grantees in performance measurement approaches and evaluation, data collection and analysis, and technical assistance. Performs day-to-day management of contract support operations, ensures quality standards and work performance on all tasks, supports task execution, plans, organizes, and oversees work efforts, assigns resources, manages personnel, provides risk management, oversees quality management, monitors overall project, and contract performance. Maintains a trusted relationship by providing clear and consistent communication with client and contractor leadership on progress. Maintains high quality of work, manages personnel, and adheres to timeline and deliverables to satisfy client expectations. Collaborates closely with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results. Applies excellent data, research, analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients. Contributes to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop. Supports company growth by developing the team, enhancing company capabilities, and supporting new business and strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications
7+ years
of relevant job experience and knowledge of justice research, analysis, project management, design of assessments, and implementation of performance measures. Significant portion of work experience should be in justice mission areas (criminal, juvenile, and/or victim). Experience managing consulting/professional services projects for Federal government clients and collaborating with clients and stakeholders in complex environments. Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills. Experience in grants management programs, data analysis, and an understanding of the Federal grants lifecycle. Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment. Strong team builder and team player with an exceptional ability to manage competing priorities. Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person. Clearance:
US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship)/ability to obtain a security clearance. Education:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. Critical skills:

The projected salary range for this position is $88,000 to $128,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs.
