Job Title: Receptionist at KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING

Provides general office support with clerical activities and related tasks. Responsibilities include answering calls, directing calls, assisting residents, managing correspondence, requisitioning supplies, and other clerical duties.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward to appropriate personnel.
- Provide callers with property information, resident website access, directions, inquiries, and application processes.
- Type, copy, fax, and receive documents.
- Assist residents with concerns and complaints.
- Prepare and send correspondence via mail or fax.
- Retrieve and file records and documents.
- Process new applications for homeowners and tenants.
- Maintain and update filing systems.
- Place orders and request services from vendors.
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The role is largely sedentary but requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as needed.
Position Details

Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience with office software and similar roles.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write professional correspondence.
- Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
