You will leverage your teaching skills to provide solutions, product recommendations, and support to early childhood programs in your territory. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans with the Regional Sales Manager. Promote educational products and services through visits, trade shows, and conferences. Build long-term customer relationships to support their educational goals. Engage with local officials and organizations to promote early childhood education. Stay informed on funding opportunities and market trends. Maintain communication with management to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Prepare quotes and assist with classroom setups. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education or related field. At least 2 years of successful field sales experience or 3 years in an early childhood or elementary education role. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and willingness to travel approximately 50-75% of the time. Compensation & Benefits
