The Job
We are seeking an Executive Recruiter who may not have a traditional sales background but possesses qualities such as persuasiveness, curiosity, sharpness, and eagerness to learn. You will work directly with founders, executives, and senior talent to build high-performing teams. If you're passionate about people, enjoy connecting dots, and aspire to grow into a consultative, sales-oriented role, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Learn the full recruiting process with training and support from experienced team members.
- Make calls to potential candidates to introduce roles, build relationships, and gauge interest—engaging in real conversations that lead to meaningful connections.
- Write job descriptions, post openings, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit, motivation, and experience.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates and hiring managers.
- Track candidate activity, notes, and progress using internal tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously while staying organized, efficient, and responsive.
- Develop strong relationships and a keen eye for talent.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of our recruiting approach.

- Experience in customer service, sales, operations, or administrative roles is helpful but not required.
