About Us: Prosper Ford is thriving, and our Used Car Department is expanding! We’re on the lookout for a
skilled and driven Used Car Buyer
to help us acquire quality inventory and work our Kelly Blue Book leads. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented professional with experience in online sales to take on a pivotal role in driving our department’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to effectively manage 150 - 200 leads monthly through email, chat, and phone to convert leads into appointments.
Use consultative selling skills to explain why customers should sell their vehicles to us.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess value in “as-is” condition.
Handle all required documentation to complete the purchase process efficiently.
Follow up with sellers to ensure any remaining balances are settled.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring a positive attitude and your “A-game” to work every single day!
What We’re Looking For:
Flexible availability, including weekends.
Proven experience in internet sales or online customer service (automotive industry experience is a plus).
A self-starter mentality with an ambitious spirit.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new product knowledge.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple customer inquiries, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and online chat platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills with both customers and team members.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
