We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on sales and markting experience while working from home. In addition to supporting the sales team, the Sales Support Specialist will provide key assistance to the CEO, including outreach to contacts, scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and potentially being part of representing the company at national IT conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Track and maintain sales documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and support the sales team’s efforts to nurture client relationships.
Reach out to on behalf of CEO to schedule appointments and meetings.
Attend select meetings alongside the CEO and handle post-meeting follow-ups, including drafting follow-up emails and ensuring agreed-upon actions are completed.
Manage CRM data entry and reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and escalating issues as necessary.
Coordinate virtual client meetings, team calls, and marketing events.
Maintain open communication channels between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
Represent the company at national healthcare and IT conferences when required, assisting in booth setup, meeting with prospective clients, and helping to facilitate networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (is a plus).
Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must have a reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet, and a quiet, professional workspace.
Ability to travel to national conferences and events as needed.
Previous sales, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
