FIB/SEM Engineer

5+ years of experience in materials characterization or failure analysis. Expertise with grinding, polishing, encapsulation techniques, optical microscopy and a range of sample preparation approaches for a variety of materials Expertise in iterative planar polishing Ability to perceive device structures in three dimensions Data analysis and reporting abilities (i.e. Keynote or equivalent) Basic understanding of mechanical assemblies- Past experience with argon ion milling is a plus To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth, hands-on understanding of Dual Beam FIB/SEM Familiarity with a wide variety of materials characterization techniques (SEM/ EDS, FTIR, CT/X-Ray, etc..) and fundamental failure analysis methodology
