Job Description
Part- Time Marketing Assistant Job Description:
A part-time marketing assistant in our architecture and design firm will be supporting the Senior Administrator and Leadership Team with key marketing deadlines leading up to client presentations/pitches or company events that require supporting materials.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design Qualifications: Must have a thorough knowledge or skillset operating in Illustrator, InDesign and photoshop. A graphic design/marketing degree is required.
- Content Creation: Developing marketing materials, including brochures, project portfolios, and social media content, to showcase the firm's work. Assisting in creating and formatting proposals for potential clients, often tailored to designated architectural pitches. Writing and editing skills are a must.
- Market Research: Conducting research market amongst our industry. The part-time marketing coordinator will be responsible for applying those trends to our Kimmerle Group company website as needed and discussed. Knowledge of Squarespace is preferred.
- Time Management Skills- Project materials and outcomes vary per the leadership team parameters- flexibility of hours is necessary during those deadlines.
