Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Kossoris Search, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract top attorney partners and groups. Our work requires a deep understanding of the legal industry, a strategic approach to branding and outreach, and innovative marketing to attract both candidates and clients. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing materials, managing online campaigns, tracking analytics, and building relationships within the legal industry. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a reputable 4-year college, with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. 3+ years of Marketing strategy development and implementation skills 3+ years of Digital marketing and campaign management experience 2+ years of Managing a team 2+ years of Research & Analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus. Hourly: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (PST) and Weekends as needed.
