In the role, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the company and our objectives. You will collaborate directly with division managers to understand our current and future needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Responsibilities

• Partner with division managers to understand current & future staffing needs
• Attract & source applicants through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications, skills, & cultural fit
• Coordinate & schedule interviews between qualified applicants & hiring managers

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Understanding of the recruitment process
• Working experience with platforms such as Indeed
• Passion for finding & attracting top-level talent

Qualifications

• Must currently live in / around Knoxville, TN
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

Salary (in USD)

$45,000 to $55,000 Per Year
