Business Development Director . As the Business Development Director, you will be charged with developing and executing a strategic plan that identifies top external accounts in the Greater Boston market to gain strong professional relationships with targeted accounts that yield qualified referrals to these communities. Key Responsibilities: Developing strong professional relationships in the market that yield consistent referrals to assigned communities Prospecting continuously to find new referral sources while maintaining developed professional relationships Supporting referrals received to ensure successful closing and transition to communities Achieving quarterly targets through successful external plan development and execution Marketing LCB Senior Living key differentiators to general market and industry professionals through strong value proposition development and articulation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred 3-5 years of direct business development sales experience - senior living, healthcare, hospitality preferred Strong verbal communication skills Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Experience in usage of CRM application preferred A driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required
