Global Head of Executive Search
to drive and expand a world-class executive search function. This role will oversee VP+ hiring across key business areas, providing strategic guidance and executive partnership to fuel company growth. This role requires you to be on-site multiple days per week in Boston. You must currently live or be open to relocating to Boston for this position. Key Responsibilities: Lead and enhance an industry-leading executive search function. Develop and execute creative strategies to attract top senior talent. Partner with leadership and HR to align hiring with business goals. Strengthen executive talent pipelines through proactive sourcing. Cultivate relationships with top candidates, industry leaders, and search partners. Advance diversity, inclusion, and innovative hiring practices. Stay ahead of biotech/pharma industry trends to attract top talent. Qualifications: 12+ years in biotech/pharma executive search or talent acquisition. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior executives. Extensive industry network and expertise in executive hiring. Experience managing search vendors and negotiating agreements. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
