Pay Band for the role is $85,000-$117,500
General Manager III - Distribution As a General Manager at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities include developing strategic processes to optimize warehouse operations, leading and motivating teams, ensuring safety compliance, utilizing technology for inventory and performance management, managing vendor relationships, analyzing performance reports, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
Required Education and Experience
5+ years managerial/supervisory experience
2+ years in supply chain, warehousing, or distribution
Experience in Third Party Logistics (3PL) and/or Contract Logistics (preferred)
Staff management experience
P&L management experience (preferred)
Project management experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience (preferred)
