LHH is presenting qualified candidates to an elite Am Law 50 firm seeking a mid-level associate (2-5 years of experience) to join its employment practice in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Sacramento.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation, including class actions, PAGA cases, and single-plaintiff matters
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and motion practice
- Provide employment counseling on a range of workplace issues
- Take an active role in high-profile and complex cases
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of employment litigation experience at a peer firm
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing & communication skills
- Must be admitted to the California Bar
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $235,000 – $365,000, plus discretionary bonuses
