We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to work closely with Partner Account Executives (AEs) in a joint-selling motion. This role primarily build, manage, and grow partnerships with Databricks, and drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that leads to revenue generation. This role requires a strong solution mindset, deep relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partner engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-selling, identifying joint opportunities, and developing tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Partner Collaboration: Work alongside Partner AEs to develop and execute joint sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Solution Selling: Understand customer challenges and articulate how our solutions, in partnership with the AE, can drive business value.
Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and progress joint opportunities through a structured sales process.
Account Mapping: Collaborate with internal and partner teams to align target accounts and drive engagement.
Go-to-Market Execution: Support joint marketing efforts, sales enablement, and demand-generation activities with the partner.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across both partner and customer organizations.
Revenue Growth: Drive measurable business impact by expanding partner-influenced revenue and accelerating deal closure.
