Our client, an owner and manager Commercial Real Estate company focused on sustainable, eco-friendly practices and converting and increasing the value of well-located offices in the Bay Area, needs an experienced Associate of Leasing to join Management team.
Job Description – As an effective Associate of Leasing, you have an excellent Excel skills to support the leasing efforts for a portfolio of office and retail. The Associate of Leasing position interacts with Property/Asset Management team, SVP of Portfolio Management, SVP/Managing Director of Asset Management, directors of real estate, building occupants, landlords and management companies. The Associate of Leasing will be responsible for analyzing and performing modeling of office and retail lease deals in Microsoft Excel accurately in an efficient manner. Additional responsibilities for the Associate of Leasing include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and perform modeling of office and retail lease deals in Microsoft Excel accurately in an efficient manner
- Create high-quality presentations in Powerpoint and Excel for internal and external meetings with key executives and investors
- Input, maintain, organize and report on active deals, office and retail market intelligence in a timely, accurate manner
- Work cooperatively and effectively across organizational disciplines to achieve optimal results within specific timeframes
- Meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Establish and cultivate relationships within the industry / brokerage community
Position Requirements
- 3 years of progressive relevant experience creating financial models and understanding the general fundamentals of office and retail leasing preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional, reliable, flexible and have a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong customer service skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong interest in real estate.
Education
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance preferred.
Compensation
- $120K - $130K/yrly
