The HR Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Ledge's people operations, ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. This role will coordinate key HR functions, assist with recruiting efforts, and provide administrative support to maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation coordination, and workspace setup. Facilitate offboarding by collecting company property and ensuring a seamless departure process. Training Coordination: Organize and schedule employee training sessions, track completion, and maintain training records. Staffing Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies, ensuring proper placement and smooth onboarding of hourly employees. Recruiting Support: Assist with job postings, candidate scheduling, and interview coordination. Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization of meetings. Meeting & Lunch Coordination: Coordinate and order lunch for executive meetings, team meetings, and board meetings. Building Presentation & Office Upkeep: Conduct daily checks to maintain a clean and professional office environment, ensuring that breakrooms and refrigerators are stocked. Set up workspaces for new employees and complete workspace clean-out upon employee termination. HR Data Management: Handle employment verifications, conduct HR audits, and support other HR data projects as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
2+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is a plus. A proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Salary Description
$50,000 - $60,000
