Job Responsibilities
Provide post-acute
LPN
nursing care to residents with varying medical needs Monitor residents’ vital signs, physical conditions, and mental acuity Complete resident intakes, documenting medical histories and health concerns Assist with medication administration, verification, and monitoring Maintain accurate medical records and charts Create a safe and pleasant environment for residents Oversee the proper storage and inventory of medical supplies Assist with immunizations, IVs, and phlebotomy procedures Follow care plans for residents and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Support the orientation and training of new clinicians Qualifications and Skills
Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Graduation from an accredited
LPN
program High school diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months experience as an
LPN
