Position Overview
TLC Nursing Associates, Inc.
is seeking a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care (LTC)
for
travel assignments
in various healthcare facilities. The LPN will provide
skilled nursing care , assist with
activities of daily living (ADLs) , and support the overall
well-being of residents
in long-term care settings. This role requires
compassion, patience, and strong clinical skills
to ensure high-quality care for elderly and chronically ill patients.
Responsibilities
Provide
direct patient care
under the supervision of an RN. Assist residents with
ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and mobility . Administer
medications and treatments
as prescribed. Monitor
vital signs
and report any changes in condition. Document
patient care and progress
accurately. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and update
care plans . Maintain a
safe, clean, and supportive
environment for residents. Travel to
various long-term care facilities
as needed. Qualifications
Education:
Completion of an accredited
LPN program . License:
Active
LPN license
in the state of assignment or compact license. Experience:
Minimum
1 year
of experience in a
long-term care setting
preferred. Skills:
Strong
clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills . Certifications:
BLS certification required. Travel Readiness:
Willingness to take on
travel assignments . Benefits
