This position is eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $3,500! Key Responsibilities: Administer and record vaccines effectively. Document communications with patients accurately when appropriate. Ensure patient records are updated in a timely and legible manner. Facilitate a smooth patient flow within the office. Prepare patients for visits as per office and provider specifications. Collect specimens (e.g., urine, blood) as directed by the provider. Enter lab orders promptly and accurately. Carry out clinical procedures directed by the provider (PFT, EKG, nebulizer treatments, medication administration, and immunizations). Process patient prescriptions efficiently. Apply Now! This role offers a competitive starting pay of $25.00 per hour, with an annual salary range of $21.75 - $31.00. Individual compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, qualifications, and skills. Many positions may also qualify for overtime pay. Requirements: Current New York State LPN license. Previous experience as an LPN in a medical setting, or background as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician. Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems. Understanding of basic nursing principles and protocols. Knowledge of safety procedures and patient confidentiality regulations. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion. Familiarity with medical reporting and records. Proficient assessment and assistance skills.
