Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney – Real Estate Law for our client in Orange County, CA. This is an opportunity to join a well-established law firm with over four decades of success, known for its inclusive culture, dedication to development, and deep expertise in real estate law.

• Location: Orange County, CA
• Pay: $150,000–$250,000 annually (DOE & location) + Full Benefits Package
• Schedule: Full-time, Exempt | Initial in-office training with potential hybrid/remote work

What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in unlawful detainer trials and tenancy-related litigation
• Advise on eviction processes, compliance, and habitability issues
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and review procedures for compliance
• Maintain 1650 annual billable hours and assist with special projects
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California Bar license
• 7–10+ years of civil litigation experience, with trial proficiency
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with habitability law and landlord-tenant matters (preferred)
• Experience in rental housing and legal research platforms like Lexis/Westlaw
