Your Role: Ocean Import/Export Coordinator You will be responsible for managing ocean import/export shipments, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end ocean import or export shipments * Pre-alert agents and shippers; organize and prepare required documentation * Track and coordinate cargo from origin to final destination * Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading * Ensure compliance with all international shipping regulations * Handle billing, payables, and shipment documentation processing * Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with clients What We re Looking For: * 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations * Strong knowledge of ocean import or export logistics * Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills * Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced industry * Experience with CargoWise or similar freight software (preferred) * Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Why Join This Team? * Work with a global leader in freight forwarding and supply chain management * Competitive salary and full benefits package (Medical, 401K, PTO, etc.) * Career growth opportunities within an expanding company * Cutting-edge technology and strong industry reputation
