Luxury Client Advisor - Sales Join our team as a Client Advisor in our Sales Department and work in a dynamic environment where we work hard/play hard. We are the largest online luxury watch retailer in the country. We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our expanding team. If you like a fast-paced environment, interaction with the consumer, are self-motivated & goal oriented, interested in one of the fastest growing e-commerce platforms, and enjoy the luxury market, Bob's may be the place for you! This is an on-site position. Duties & Responsibilities Manage an inbound queue of leads in a timely and efficient manner. Deliver world class customer service and support to customers before, during, and after the sale. Research, understand, and communicate fair market value and demand of pre-owned luxury timepieces. Continuously learn, develop and refine sales skills and strategies and improve knowledge about the luxury watch industry. Identify and implement opportunities to personalize the sales experience to enhance long term relationships. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 1+ year(s) of sales/negotiating experience, preferably in the jewelry and/or luxury retail industry. Excellent prioritization and note-taking skills, in order to effectively manage client inquiries. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. Be open and responsive to feedback/coaching in order to improve performance. Knowledge of and a passion for vintage and/or modern luxury timepieces, particularly Rolex, is a plus! Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering world class service. Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently as well as part of a team. Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and CRM software. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
