MEP Construction Project Manager
with experience managing
large-scale commercial projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems, with the ability to lead coordination efforts and manage the full lifecycle of complex building projects. This is a great opportunity for a results-driven project manager to work on high-profile developments with a well-established team. Responsibilities: Manage all MEP scopes on large commercial construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking for MEP systems. Lead value engineering efforts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning activities. Conduct regular coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts and maintain progress. Ensure all MEP installations comply with code requirements, specifications, and quality standards. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on MEP systems. Proven track record managing MEP scopes on
large-scale commercial projects
(e.g., high-rise, hospitals, data centers, campuses, etc.). Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and coordination models. Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience with BIM/VDC coordination processes. Familiarity with LEED, commissioning protocols, and energy-efficient system design.
