Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dayforce HCM Integration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation and integration of Dayforce HCM solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality between SAP, Success Factors and external benefits vendors.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation and configuration of Dayforce HCM solutions. • Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective integration solutions. • Develop and maintain integration processes. • Work with XML imports and exports to facilitate data integration. • Utilize API knowledge to develop and maintain integrations with various systems. • Collaborate with clients to ensure successful data migration and system integration. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues. • Conduct training sessions for clients on Dayforce HCM functionalities. • Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Key Qualifications: • Proven experience with Dayforce HCM implementation and integration. • Strong knowledge of integration tools and technologies. • Experience with integrating Dayforce HCM with various systems, including: o Equifax for employment verification. o Salesforce for gas commissions. o Concur for payroll import. o SAP for severance remittance, severance payments, GL posting data, time data, third-party payments, and appliance loan finance information. o Voya for deferral and loan to payroll, financial allocations, and demographic and eligibility data. o UBS for optionee data. o Anthem/EyeMed/MetLife for contributions. o PAC for reporting. o Benevity for payroll deduction and success file (remittance). o UNUM for FMLA and LTD eligibility. o Alight for monthly pension earnings file, demographic and indicative data, and payroll instruction. o Inspira (Payflex) for FSA and HSA allocations. o Mercer (Choice) for eligibility, deductions, and remittance. o Credit Union for deductions/remittance and missed deductions. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Project management experience is a plus.
$155,000 + Benefits, PTO and More.
