Position Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Strategy Manager to join their team. This leadership role involves identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities across their diverse portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, the successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy both organic and inorganic growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute various strategy projects, including value chain analysis, geographic expansions, and logistics strategies.
- Gather and analyze market data, industry trends, and customer intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and develop actionable insights.
- Conduct regular assessments of competitors' strategies and provide recommendations on competitive positioning.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
- Lead annual strategic planning to establish road maps for achieving strategic and financial objectives.
- Author investment business cases with financial forecasts and present insights to senior executives.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Development team on acquisitions and lead due diligence processes.
- Enhance existing processes and coach junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, marketing, business intelligence, or market research.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information.
- Proven ability to influence and direct large, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in creating and delivering senior executive-level presentations.
- Skilled in managing initiatives from start to finish with a track record of delivering results.
- Experience in authoring business plans and financial forecasting is a plus.
- Strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- Available to travel >20% of the time.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
