About The Role
Rippling is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead its Credit Underwriting team, overseeing operations for various financial products including Corporate Card, Employer of Record, Payroll, and Bill Pay. The role requires strategic leadership, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 credit underwriting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement underwriting procedures aligned with Rippling’s products.
- Oversee credit evaluation processes, ensuring rigorous analysis and sound decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and risk teams to align underwriting strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and inform decisions.
- Establish risk management practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in credit underwriting, with at least 3 years in management.
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and commercial credit products.
- Experience managing credit for small to medium-sized businesses.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

The salary range for this role is:
- $129,600 - $226,800 USD per year (US Tier 2)
- $144,000 - $252,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
