Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&A Manager to join their team. This role will focus on identifying, qualifying, and sourcing potential acquisition targets, leading due diligence processes, and executing strategic transactions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Acquisition Target Sourcing: Identify and qualify potential acquisition targets that align with the company’s strategic goals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships. Build relationships with target companies, investment bankers, brokers, and other intermediaries. Deal Evaluation and Analysis: Conduct detailed financial, operational, and strategic analyses of acquisition targets. Prepare valuation models, including discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis. Assess synergies, risks, and potential ROI for each opportunity. Transaction Management: Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution. Develop and present recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform M&A strategy. Identify and assess new market opportunities for expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective integration of acquired businesses. Track and report on the performance of acquisitions against initial objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred). Minimum of 5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development. Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A processes. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport across diverse teams and stakeholders. Seniority level
