Solutions Engineering Manager

will oversee end-to-end project management for customer onboarding, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of our solutions. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, guiding them through deployment while coordinating internal teams for successful project execution. This role requires hands-on electrical engineering expertise to align customer needs with our grid solutions, leveraging your knowledge of power systems and utility engineering. This is a hybrid position based in our Back Bay, Boston office, with occasional travel to represent the company at industry events. Preference for candidates located in the Greater Boston area. Envelio US Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end customer onboarding projects, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption. Act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding deployment and helping achieve business goals. Coordinate internal teams to align resources for project success. Provide technical consultation to optimize customer operations using our software, drawing on electrical systems knowledge. Lead technical scoping of grid projects, translating electrical concepts into solutions. Analyze market trends and customer needs, especially in power system digitization, DER, and grid modernization. Identify product implications from customer feedback and market analysis. Support sales with technical solution design, participate in industry events, and conduct workshops. Build and mentor the U.S. Solutions Engineering team. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field. 3-5 years of project management experience, leading complex projects and teams. Strong electrical engineering background, with experience in power systems and utility planning. Experience working with electric utilities, familiar with data, planning, and regulations. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in customer onboarding and solution deployment. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
