Join us as a Manager, Workday Integration Lead at KPMG US We are seeking a talented professional to lead Workday HCM projects, focusing on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications. Responsibilities include: Leading Workday HCM projects and supporting business development activities. Managing day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements, including process design and lifecycle support. Supervising and performance managing staff involved in engagements. Managing engagements according to KPMG's financial policies. Qualifications required: At least five years of ERP, HCM, or Financials implementation and integration experience. Completion of five full implementations with Workday HCM or Financial Integration, and Workday certification in HCM or Integration. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Strong verbal, analytical, and writing skills. Understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality. Ability to travel as required. Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
