PMR / Sports Medicine needed in NW Ohio. Incredible practice opportunity located near Toledo. This Northwestern Ohio practice is seeking a PMR / Sports Medicine provider to join its Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice. Hospital employed position in which the provider will be joining an experienced team . Easy access to Columbus and Toledo metro for events and airports.

- Opening January 2025 - NEW musculoskeletal facility with orthopedics, sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, podiatry, occupational/physical/speech therapy, outpatient lab and radiology. Facility located adjacent to primary care, endocrinology/diabetes management, rheumatology clinics.
- High school and/or collegiate sports coverage experience REQUIRED
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Treat wide range of muscular and skeletal injuries
- Perform EMGs, diagnose and manage non-operative fractures, sprains and concussions
- Conduct biomechanical examinations of patients, treatment plans, readiness for competition
- Saturday morning bump clinics for area athletes
- Base salary, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
- Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
